Our Services
Direct Retail Distribution
We distributes over 500 products (among frozen, chilled and dry storage products) to more than 20,000 customers in the lower trade sector (mini markets- grocery stores) which are scattered all around the kingdom’s cities and provinces.
Wholesales
We established a specialized team which solely focuses on the segment of wholesale distribution that works around the week to serve more than 1,000 wholesale customers which are distributed around the kingdom. These customers in turn serve restaurants, caterers, hotels and grocery stores which are not covered by our direct retail distribution. The department also covers seasonal events such as Hajj by providing additional products and quantities needed during this period.
Supermarkets & Mini Markets
The company’s work has expanded to become the largest distributer that serves more than 1,000 outlets of supermarkets and mini markets all around the kingdom (Panda, Othaim, Carrefour, Tamimi, Danube, Bin Dawood, Farm, Al Sadhan, Nesto…)
Logistical Services
Business Customers can benefit from storage and transportation services offered by Zaha Cold Stores in any of our branches. Storage Services: Total storage capacity of more than 55k tons 11 sites covering the whole kingdom Fully automated racking system Multi-temperature and cooling control (choice of Frozen, Chilled and Dry storage) Temperature monitored electronically and linked to alarm monitoring system Operations are managed through Oracle ERP system Transportation Services: More than 900 owned vehicles equipped with advanced freezing and chilling units, tracked by GPS
